Shipping Policy

1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If an order has been made on a holiday or on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

2. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

3. The package will be delivered through the service method selected at the time of making the order.

4. The estimated delivery time for a package is between 7-8 business days, barring exceptional circumstances. delivery timeframe.

5. Dry Essence Foods does its best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, please bear in mind that the estimated time of delivery provided is obtained from carriers independent of our operations. Thus, on rare occasion, the Customer/User’s package may arrive outside of the delivery timeframe.

6. Dry Essence Foods will accept no liability in case the Customer/User provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified following our reasonable efforts to contact them.

7. We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 1599/-. These orders will be delivered via the standard shipping method, which will be made free for the Customer/User upon fulfilment of the aforementioned criteria.

8. The Customer/User will be kept abreast of the delivery process via SMS or E-Mail, depending on the option(s) selected by them.

9. The Customer/User must sign an acknowledgement slip upon receiving their delivery package.
